Quality is like buying oats.
If you want nice fresh oats you have to pay a fair price.
If you can be satisfied with oats that have already been thru the horse they come a little cheaper.
This is the way I am feeling this morning. I paid a fair price for a mattress and the quality control at the factory must have gone thru the horse because we got a lemon. So a few days ago we reordered a different mattress. It was suppose to be delivered today. Last night the furniture store called and said oh we can't deliver it because someone misordered the mattress. This is the second mattress from different companies Sealy and Serta that we have ordered and there have been problems with them. When we were in the store ordering the latest mattress another couple was also there who had gotten two bad mattresses. It is pretty bad that after a long day you can't find a decent mattress to lay on.
I guess quality control is going the way of customer service in this country - no where. How did lousy mattresses get by their quality control? Two different companies and same result. Then you get the furniture company who can't get it right either. So a frustrating day.
Let me hear about your quality and customer service problems.
