Lady please don't pull on those parts of the bull or the economy of the United States will be in default. The Wall Street Bull holds our private parts in his hoofs. Of course if Congress had some of this bulls private parts we might not be in the mess that we are today. I think in spanish the word is cojones. What ever the language Congress has shown they don't have any of them. Neither side won during the debt debate. Obama won because he got the next debt ceiling pushed beyond the Nov 2012 elections which is his only objective.In case you want to check out the bull he is in the financial district of San Francisco. I think this lady is a foreign tourist just checking our our financial well being.
