NOW OBAMA WANTS TO DO HIS CONSTITUTIONAL DUTIES IN WAKE OF SUPREME COURT VACANCY

The Constitutional Lawyer also known as Obama suddenly wants to perform his Presidential duties. He wants to nominate a new Supreme Court judge. Hey that is fine but I encourage the Senate to not approve his nominee until the new President is in place. There is a precedence for this. The last President to appoint and get confirmed a Supreme Court justice at the end of their term was FDR ions ago. Why is Obama so concerned about doing his Constitutional duties now? He hasn't perform this for most of his 7 plus years in office. Why haven't you stopped illegal immigration. Your Constitutional duties include defend the nation which you haven't done. You rule by executive order by passing Congress which isn't right according to the Constitution. So Obama cherry picks what Constitutional duties he wants to perform.
