This is my outlook on Obama and the Paris Climate Change Conference. To start with many scientist say that climate change is a cycle and not the end of the biggest threat to the USA as Obama thinks. ISIS fits in about 12th to him probably. This conference was a waste of time for many people except those with a hand out for American money to supposedly help with climate change. Most of that money will go into the hands of corrupt politicians. So sorry polar bears and penguins. I don't believe things are as bad as they say they are for you.
