WELFARE COST OUT OF SIGHT

A new report states that 35 states give out welfare that exceeds the minimum wage Example Hawaii gives out $25.00 an hour in welfare. Other states on the East Coast are giving out $21.00 an hour. Where is the incentive for someone on welfare to get off it? Why flip burgers or be a clerk for minimum wage when you can stay home, have fun and collect this kind of money? Ridiculous. We need to wean people off welfare not enhance their life style. We have some families with multiple generations who have been on welfare and never productive to society. Are we going to turn into Greece? The more you give people for nothing the more they lose their incentive to do for themselves. It is getting to where 50% of the American population is working to support the other 50% which consists of many slackers. Get off your rears and find a job people if you are able to work. Once if you got welfare you had to at least rake leaves in the park. With Obama now you don't have to do a thing. Keep it up and there is going to be a major revolt by those who work vs those who have their hands out. The time is now to turn this around but it won't happen until someone else is in the White House.
